Employee Opinion Survey

Our employees are our most valued resource at Turning Point and their feedback is critical to our ongoing success. We elicit employee opinions in a survey each year; this is one of the ways we constantly check to be sure we are doing the best possible job in helping our clients find recovery.

In November 2009, 100% agreed with the following statements:

  • I am proud to tell others that I work at Turning Point.
  • I am dedicated to Turning Point’s success.
  • There is a professional atmosphere at Turning Point.
  • I know what my responsibilities are in performing my job.
  • I like working at Turning Point.

In addition, more than 98% of our employees agreed with the following statements:

  • I see a connection between the work I do and Turning Point’s success.·
  • I am treated with respect as an employee of Turning Point.
  • I feel Turning Point is making improvements in the delivery of services.
  • I believe the Continuous Quality Improvement process has benefited Turning Point.

Client Satisfaction Survey

As they are leaving treatment at Turning Point, we ask each of our clients to let us know how they felt about their treatment experience. Following is some of the feedback we received from clients during the last two quarters of calendar year 2009.

More than 95% of our clients would recommend Turning Point to friends and family.

More than 90% of our clients reported that they:

  • Were able to get all the services they thought they needed during their stay at Turning Point.
  • Felt comfortable asking questions about their treatment and medications.
  • Could deal more effectively with daily problems than before they entered Turning Point.
  • Were better able to deal with a crisis than when they entered Turning Point.
